Opla
Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 13, 2026Overview
Opla is built to help you browse, organize, and manage the Photos library on your iPhone or iPad. Your photos, videos, albums, folders, and Hidden album contents stay on your device. Opla does not upload your photo library to Tiny Whale servers.
Photos Access
Opla asks for access to your Photos library so it can show your albums, folders, Smart Albums, media, and related library organization views. Opla uses this access locally on your device to perform actions you choose, such as browsing media, adding photos to albums, removing photos from albums, creating albums or folders, and deleting albums or folders.
If you grant Selected Photos access, iOS may hide parts of your library from Opla. Opla works best with full Photos access because album and folder organization requires a complete library view.
What We Collect
Opla does not collect or store your photos, videos, album names, folder names, filenames, media identifiers, captions, locations, or other photo-library content on Tiny Whale servers.
We may receive limited diagnostics, crash reports, purchase status, and aggregated usage information from Apple services such as App Store Connect and StoreKit when those services provide it and your device settings allow it. This information helps us find crashes, understand app reliability, manage purchases, and improve Opla.
Face ID and Hidden Album
Opla can use Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode through Apple's local authentication system to protect access to Hidden album views. Tiny Whale does not receive or store your biometric information.
Payments
If Opla offers paid features or subscriptions, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Tiny Whale does not receive your full payment card number or billing credentials.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only when needed to operate Opla, comply with law, prevent abuse, protect our rights, or complete a transaction you request through Apple or another platform provider.
Children
Opla is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
