Terms of Service
Last updated: May 13, 2026Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of Opla, the Opla website, and related services provided by Tiny Whale. By downloading, accessing, or using Opla, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Opla.
Use of Opla
Opla is licensed to you for personal, lawful use. You are responsible for how you use Opla and for any changes you choose to make to your Photos library, including creating albums or folders, adding or removing media from albums, deleting albums or folders, and managing Hidden album views.
You may not misuse Opla, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer it except where law allows, use it to violate another person's rights, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or Apple platform rules.
Photos Library Changes
Opla performs Photos library actions only when you request them through the app. You should review any destructive or organizational action before confirming it. Tiny Whale is not responsible for accidental library changes that result from your use of Opla or from limitations, bugs, or changes in iOS, iPadOS, iCloud Photos, or the Photos framework.
Paid Features
Opla may include paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Prices and available features may change. Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms, billing rules, cancellation rules, and refund process.
Intellectual Property
Opla, its design, software, website, graphics, branding, and related materials are owned by Tiny Whale or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Opla or any Tiny Whale intellectual property to you.
Third-Party Services
Opla depends on Apple services and frameworks, including Photos, iCloud Photos, App Store, StoreKit, and local authentication. Tiny Whale is not responsible for third-party services, platform changes, outages, account rules, or data handling outside Tiny Whale's control.
No Warranty
Opla is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that Opla will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system version, Photos library state, or iCloud configuration.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Whale will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, photos, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use Opla.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Opla after changes means you accept the updated terms.
