Built for focused work on a large library.

Keep your folder structure visible, adjust the grid to the task, and inspect each photo before changing its albums. Tabs, windows, and keyboard commands help you keep several organizing jobs moving.

Keep multiple tasks open

Search albums and folders with Quick Open, then continue in the current window, open a new tab, or move the task to a separate window.

Keep your folder structure intact

Move through Recents, Favorites, Smart Filters, Smart Albums, folders, and user albums without flattening your Photos structure.

Fit the grid to the task

Resize thumbnails, switch between aspect-ratio and square grids, then filter or sort by date, duration, and largest dimensions.

Start with photos that need attention

Open Not in Any Album, old screenshots, long videos, large photos, large RAW photos, hidden media, or photos filed in multiple albums.

Browse by date

Jump into Today, Yesterday, recent ranges, This Year, On This Day, years, months, and days from the indexed Date Taken view.

See where each photo belongs

Use the inspector to see where a photo already belongs before adding, moving, or removing it from albums.

Make changes after you inspect

Add, move, remove, favorite, hide, share, copy, rotate, crop, revert, or delete from the grid, viewer, inspector, or Photo menu.

Private by design

Opla indexes your local Photos library for responsive filters and counts. It does not upload your photo library to Tiny Whale servers.

Keep the work in one window.

Move between a dense album grid, a detail-rich viewer, searchable album tools, and batch crop and rotate without rebuilding your context.
