Frequently asked questions.
Does Opla upload or back up my photos?
No. Opla works with your local Photos library on the device. It does not upload your photos to external servers.
What permissions does Opla need?
Opla needs Photos access to show albums, folders, Smart Albums, and media. Add access is used for library management actions such as adding photos to albums and creating or deleting albums and folders.
Can I use Opla with Selected Photos access?
Opla works best with full Photos access. Selected Photos access hides albums and folders, so Opla cannot show the library properly.
Does Opla support iPad?
Not yet. Opla currently supports iPhone only.
Is there a cost?
Opla is free to download. Premium is a one-time unlock for power users who want full Smart Filters, deeper Date Taken history, mass crop, mass rotate, more pinned and recent albums, and advanced album operations.
